How does a 5-days program look like?

Morning
- Reception with coffee, tea, lemonade and cookies
- Exploration of the location (for example by a dropping or treasure hunt)
Afternoon
- Go on investigation in the surrounding nature by a fieldwork-tour (“postentocht”).
- Searching for benthic animals
- Doing soil research with a drill
- Collect lay and clay
Evening
- Looking for bats with the bat detector or a walk around the area
Morning
- Trawl fishing (Zeeland)
- A visit at the farm (Hei- en Boeicop)
Afternoon
- Catch aquatic animals and investigate them under the binocular or the big fieldwork game (Hei-en Boeicop)
- Dike zonation (Zeeland)
Evening
- Make a campfire with freshly made breads and sausage
Morning
- Build things like a bee hotel or bat box. The boxes or hotels can get a nice place at your schoolyard.
Afternoon
- Game and adventurous activities like archery, bridge- and raft building.
Day 4

Morning
- Visit to the mill; the students can help the miller with turning the blades.
- Make your own food from nature around you, like nettle soup
- Make your own bow and arrow
Afternoon
- Sliding soap track
- Blowing mega bubbles
- Prepare the “Bonte avond”
Evening
“Bonte” evening! There is time for performances, songs and laughter.
Morning
- Clean-up and packing up
- Time left: playing a big game or a visit at GeoFort (Hei- en Boeicop)
