Field Study Foundation

Natuurkampen is part of Field Work Foundation, founded in 1989 and located in Hei- en Boeicop. The Field Study Foundation currently has employs 7 employees.

For over 30 years we have been organizing nature education, excursions and school camps to introduce students to nature. We organize fieldwork for geography and biology, for primary schools up to and including higher vocational education. Fieldwork introduces pupils and students to conducting research and allows them to supplement the theory with their experiences in the field. Experience makes learning.

Our objective is to increase practical knowledge about nature and to promote the experience of nature. Discover and learn what it really is in nature by making observations, smelling, feeling and investigating nature. Just in this time, now coming outside and seeing what beauty nature has to offer, is so desirable.
