Sufficient competent and responsible management must be present during the entire period of stay. The management / contact person must ensure that the group is aware of the rules and agreements made and that it adheres to them.
Arrival
The management / contact person reports at the time agreed in the contract or by telephone. It is not allowed to arrive after 22:30 p.m. A short tour is given with practical instructions and the program is handed over and discussed. The position of the gas meter is recorded. Agreements are made about wet final cleaning or the commutation thereof (€ 95 per building). The departure time is also agreed and the payment is arranged. Finally, the list of participants is handed over to the administrator.
